Could any of you help me? I have the 180g ipod, and thought I would put the movie on it so I can watch it on the way to work. Any help...

You can PM me too.

Are you buying it from Apple or is it from some other source? From Apple, it would download just like music and be transferred just like music. If it's in a file you have, I would try "drag and drop."

I actually have the hard copy "collectors edition" so I really did pay my royalties to the makers, I just want to watch it on my 2 inch screen in addition to my 55 incher.

I tried the drag and drop from "my Computer" but it never showed up anywhere I was dropping the damn thing!

  • If you have the DVD, you need a program to convert it to a format your iPod can recognize. DVD Fab Platinum is the program I use.
  • HandBrake is a better all around DVD ripper, and you can export it straight to an iPod-ready format
