    Heading to Austin in a couple of hours for the Avett Brothers show tonight. Austin folks - there are tix available for $30 and this band is a must-see live. I love a band that tours the south regularly.

    Awesome! Doesn't get much better than some good live music on a summer Friday night in Austin.

    Just arrived in Austin. Drinking a Ziegen Bock now and headed to The Avett Brothers show shortly. Not many better music towns than this one. PJ needs to get on it.

    That tour is long overdue. The east coasters can jump on a plane for a change, and the band can even toss in a couple of Seattle shows while back home between legs. Granted, this will never happen, but my show count would rise quickly if it did.

    I'd even be happy with half of those dates - even a quarter of them, but like you said, it will never happen.
