Then it's a straight shot on I-10 to New Orleans. Have some Mexican food and real BBQ, and grab a case of Shiner and a case of St. Arnold's for the bus ride. You'll have fun. You're welcome. Do it.
do we have to have this argument again?
PJ needs to play in Houston, not a surrounding municipality that is so behind the times you can still smoke in a bar :P ... no matter how much Exxon likes the place...
Toyota Center please!
I knew Shep would chime in when I saw Callen's post.
The Woodlands is closer to Dallas so I like that part of it, but Toyota Center would be better I think.
Let's just hope they play somewhere in our state, I can't be too choosy at this point.0 -

Outside, under the stars, free parking...no city rats....
Course Toyota center will do but....
Oh and another Southern US Bump.
please.... you really think the woodlands is rat-free? lol... that statement is almost laughable. take a closer look at that canal you got up there and tell me it's rat free.
I was up at the woodlands last weekend for DMB... good luck seeing the stars.. the light pollution up there is just as bad as the rest of Houston, and only going to get worse when Exxon finishes building their new city in your backyard...
As for free parking... clearly you just don't know where to park when you come downtown... it's only the odd ocassion i have to pay to park... and besides just think of the gas money and carbon emissions i save by not driving 40 mintues in each direction to the woodlands! the parking has already paid for itself! :P
Of course I'll be there if PJ decides to play in the sticks, but rarely do I make the trip out there for anything anymore... its just not worth the effort and time... the girlfriend is dragging me out there for mumford and sons... but i've passed on countless others I definitely would have went to if they were at toyota, just cause I can't stomach the logistics anymore... saying no to black sabbath was tough.. but the woodlands on a wednesday night? no thanks.... :nono:Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.0 -
