My hubby swears they'll play Voodoo fest in New Orleans next year. Here's to wishful thinking:)
I hope your hubby is right!
Where does he get his info from? Also, this is pretty reasonable because apparently AXEMAN said they'd be back in the studio and finish off the remaining 7 songs in March. So, that kind of puts an axe (no pun intended) on any hopes of having Spring gigs or whatever unless they play some small ass clubs unannounced just to try the new stuff out. So, that pushes the tour towards more on the Fall side. I ain't missing another VOODOO if this shit goes down!
I have no patience for bad music and stupid people...

If you could only pick one US city from the 2000 or 2003 tour to see PJ in 2012, what would it be?
I would have to go with West Palm Beach (with Tampa in at a close 2nd)

Include '08 tour with a Cola stop. "This is the home of the...COCKS!?!?"
New Orleans would be sweet. I was at Chorlotte 00 and had killer 10C seats - 14th row (possibly 12th - can't remember) dead center on the floor. Great show

Dallas of course! But if the rule is not your hometown, then I'd prefer to travel to West Palm Beach the most (I loved the week I spend in Ft Lauderdale last month and a PJ show would be a great reason to go to WPB).

3. ATL
would love another ATL show, as well. For some crazy reason, I truly think we will get some shows in the south next year - I'm sure I'll be wrong once again though

A short drive to the mountains would be nice to see PJ
Asheville NC
then a little road trip through the Smokies with some time to enjoy God's world
just what the Doctor ordered
I would love to sit on that porch and watch the clouds roll by...beautiful.
and listening to Pearl Jam... me too!
I have lovely memories of Smokey Mountain National Park .... it is breathtaking
As a young girl in my 20's I spent the day floating here on my floatie with my girlfriend...
amazing scenery
that lingers still It is easy to touch hold and feel the Smokies. They are believably real.

I know this has been asked before and yes I'm too lazy to look so your help is appreciated....which states are considered 'the south' as far as PJ goes?

Gee.
I remember when this cool little band played down there for a VFC show.
But then they got all High-Falutin' and acted like they could just fuck over an entire demographic.
Asheville is great.
It's come a LONG way in the last 20 years, but it still feels cozy.
Just more amazing beer, bars, and bad patchouli smells.
ps - THE WEDGE & The Thirsty Monk for the win!
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?
