Recommended Guitar Technicians in the DC Area

So I recently moved to the DC area (Arlington, VA actually) and I'm looking to see if anyone can recommend any good guitar technicians in the area.

I'm not looking for them to do anything crazy, just a simple tuneup/setup a couple times a year when the weather changes. I would be looking for someone to take care of my Fender Strat and Gibson Les Paul mostly. I wouldn't mind using different people for each, as I was used to using a separate guy for my Fenders and my Gibson. I moved from central Virginia and I had a couple guys who were perfect down there.

Like I said, not looking for them to make any serious modifications, but I want someone who is reliable, fairly cheap, and gets the job done correctly and fairly quickly. If I go in and ask them to set the guitar up with .11s, tuneup the action and intonation, I want someone who will do it right without any fuss.

Not asking for much here, but if anyone knows a good shop/technician in the area, let me know.

P.S. I avoid the big places like Guitar Center at all costs. I'm looking for a small, local place.
