Does anyone know if both people the tickets are for need to be there when collecting tickets?
At SBE they gave out wristbands, but you also got a ticket.
Person I'm going with can't get off work early enough to be there with me when collecting tickets.

Cheers.

Not Sure, but I emailed tenclub last week and they confirmed the 10C box office will not close untill half hour after PJ take to the stage, so if you could hold on for your friend you should be fine.

It should just be the person who's bought the tickets. Wembley 07 I picked up both.

The ticket collection office seems to be on the left just outside the main O2 entrance. That's where it was for KOL.

Can I be sure that's the right spot to pick up my tickets?

What do I need to take to collect 10c tickets?

First confirmation, last confirmation, order details?

Just take the email, your tenclub number, some photo id and the card you booked it on.
    :D Rock on!!!! :D
Seen Pearl Jam 4 times in London, once in Manchester, as well as an Eddie show at Hammersmith.

I emailed 10C about this as I'm meeting someone there. Only the 10C member has to be there to colect the ticket pair. All you need is some photo ID.

Thats what I was told about the SBE gig and because they were putting on the wristbands when you collected the tix they said that both people needed to be there. I am in same boat as my wife doesn't finish work until 5
  • I hope you don't need the card it was booked on, I don't have it anymore!

    Thanks Plankton for the info.

I think the other person will only need to get a wristband if they want the early entry, otherwise the ticket you collect as well as the wristband will be enough to get in.

You only need photo ID if London is the same as Manchester (and SBE). Manchester had two 10c windows one for A-K and not surprisingly one for L-Z. At manchester you just picked up your tickets and wristbands you didn't have to put it on there and then or have the other person at the pick up.
