the first amendment prevents your speech (limited in scope mind you) from being censored by state and federal government. now, unless i'm mistaken, this is a private board run by private individuals.

you have no free speech here.

well, you could probably speak freely around here, as long as it's not nonsense. I like to come to the forums to find some cool info on pearl jam that I wouldn't or can't find anywhere else, and maybe see someone else's constructive point of view on a subject.
NOT somebody's lame break up story, or some 17 yr old consipiracy theory on scalpers, or someone saying riot act sucks. it's pesky.
