London 8/18 Ticket - PLEASE HELP

I have 10C tix for 8/18 but can no longer go due to family illness. I had arranged for a nice guy to take my spare ticket months ago, but now that I can't go, he's out the ticket! 10C won't let him pick up my pair, so does anyone have a spare ticket at this point? I could hook you up with this guy, and again, he's very nice and I'm sure would be grateful! as would I because I feel terrible for him! THX
