Quite possibly. It's a pretty intense performance.

I love that song to bits but I'll be the first to admit nothing comes close to the way this song was performed in 1992-1994 (along with the rest of the early material).

True. Although I did like the bands performance of it at Pinkpop '00

fuck yes. i remember seeing that live as a kid and nearly shitting myself. i think i was about 12. i already had the record (tape, actually) and loved it but they became my favorite band in that instant. me and my friends talked about it the next day at school. i remember one kid making fun of ed; saying he sang like he had a mental problem. i thought he sang like he was the fucking man.

shit. i'm 29 years old now and that brought chills, man. these guys were a very strong influence in shaping the person I am today and i'm really thankful for that.

    thanks for posting!

Yeah I must say that is pretty fuckin awesome.Sometimes you can still get a glimpse of that fire and those intense stares but he never really goes there anymore.I wish he could get all pissed off about something and bring that back every once in a while.I wonder how many of us realized we were watching a legend that night.

How many singers are actually capable of performing that intense and truthfully (at the same time)? I think it's hard to find the best performance ever but this one is definitely great!
You can spend your time alone, re-digesting past regrets,
Or you can come to terms and realize
You're the only one who can't forgive yourself
