I just got the dvd since I no longer have a vcr to watch the old tape on.Wow.I don't think I appreciated it near as much back when it came out.I totally fn love the album and the film.I wish they would make one of these for every album. How great would that be?Its got me playing my guitar, posting on here, and just overall put me in a good mood coming out a doozy of a hangover. How the hell doesnt everyone realize that this is the best fn band in the world.I remember the day the album came out not being so crazy about the change in direction.I really thought it was weird. But it was EVOLUTION BABY!!!!,which is the track playing now.I really can't even put into words how much I love this dvd.I hope halloween in philly brings a good bit of yield, and of course I can't wait to hear the new stuff.Maybe not the best post but I just wanted to say something. If you have managed to make it through this rambling let me know your fav. song from yield.Ive got to go with In Hiding.

I am one who believes Yield is PJ's best album. Most may not agree with me but Faithful, Brain of J, In Hiding and one of my all time favorites Low Light just absolutely do it for me. I also llllooooovvvveeee Jack Iron's playing on this one.
  • That is my favorite DVD as well.

Yield is the PJ album I play the most.

In Hiding is my #1 track as well. I was treated to it live in Camden on my Birthday last year.

    Also love No Way.
  • I miss Jack so much.

My 2 favorite albums are Yield and No Code.

He lights those drums up during In My Tree.

Dude, I just watched my VHS copy of this LAST NIGHT!!! Yeah, I have yet to break down and buy a DVD copy....my original tape is still in good shape considering the hundreds of times it has been watched since 1998. And, my VCR hardly never gets any use at all, so it works great still.

ANyhow, I fucking love YIELD and SVT!! In Hiding on SVT is just one of the best versions.

    I like No Way
  • "If I was lost at sea. That harpoon boat in front of me. It's the whale I'd like to be."

One of my top tracks from Lost Dogs.

Jack did put out a solo album a few years ago,but other than that I really don't think he is actively in a band.

So happy I heard him live during the No Code Tour. The non-ticketmaster gem.

Really why cant they just let somebody they respect in on the recording sessions and spit one of these babies out for every album?

    Mrs. Smiley

I see you joined the day they played In Hiding at Camden.

That date is also my birthday and I was lucky enough to be 12 rows back, standing on the top of my chair and singing my face off.

My birthday wish was answered that night.

    I miss Jack so much.

My 2 favorite albums are Yield and No Code.

He lights those drums up during In My Tree.

I've often wondered how much better Riot Act could have been with drumming similar to No Code.

I love Matt, but I think Jack would have suited what they tried to achieve on Riot Act a lot better.

False. That album (riot act) is fucking terrible. It'd take Divine intervention to save that horrid abysmal piece of shit. Good God. That album is so bad that it makes NSYNC sound like a metal band. That's how bad riot act is.
