Philly 3-4 Hotel - Priceline?

I'm trying to help out a fellow 10C member that doesn't really come here too often. She's going to Philly 3 and 4 and wanted to get a decent hotel through priceline. Has anyone been successful with the name your own price?

I skimmed through the other Philly hotel thread, but didn't really find anything.

That's how I originally booked the Radisson in downtown Philly about a month ago. My first bid was $70 and it was accepted. I think you can choose "downtown" as the area you want to stay on priceline. But, whatever hotel you get, it charges your card automatically, so you are basically stuck. Fortunately, I lucked out!

downtown - 3 stars - $75 got me the Embassy Suites in Center City.
