I have two Ten CLub tickets for Chicago 8/24, how do I legally sell them without getting in trouble from the Ten club? And how do I sell them, right now I'm in New Jersey where I live. But I'm going to be in Georgia for training the night of the concert in Chicago.

Any help would be appreciated,

I dont think you are going to be able to sell them.

You would have to be there to pick them up first and then you can sell them to whoever you want for face value.
I understand that the 10C is no longer doing any transfers anymore, I guess you could send them an email and give it a try, worst that can happen is they tell you no.

    Good luck

Again, I don't think an email to Ten Club would hurt, asking them if you could refund the tickets, or allow you to transfer them. A day or so before, if you can't figure something out, maybe send an email to Ten Club asking them to give your tickets away for free at the box office... they just may do it, or may take pity and refund for you... worst comes to worse, at that point you have nothing to lose.
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)

That's what I am going to do if SD is a definite no-go; let Ten Club know that I am not going to the show that day and they can release my tickets to other fans... I like the idea of giving them away for free! :D

I knew the risks when I bought the tickets... the rules made it clear that there was no exchange, no transfer, and no refund.

Knowing that... I am going to eat up my tickets and just hope my tickets would not go to waste.

I'm glad you mentioned Ten Club, because I was thinking of calling the venue the day of the show... d'oh. What the hell was I thinking....maybe it's because its the staff at the venue that is handling the 10c tickets when the tickets from 10c arrive... but I'll give Ten Club the heads up first, though.

Good luck, OP....sorry you can't make it to the gig, bummer.
