The Last time PJ played the Amphitheatre......

This is a cool story........and I'll try to keep it brief......
I used to manage a different hotel in 2003. I was the Weekend Duty Manager on Duty when PJ were playing in Toronto on the Saturday night.
4 PJ fans check in, but their room isn't ready, and they go out for a while, and leave their luggage with the Bellmen.
When their room is ready - I tell the bellman to deliver their luggage to the room so it is waiting there for them. This happens at about 3pm. The bellman takes the luggage to the room, but the guests (PJ fans) aren't there. He decides to bring the luggage back down and deliver it later so he might meet them and get a tip. The problem is - he leaves for the day and doesn't tell anyone he's done this or where he has put the bag.
These PJ fans come back to the hotel at about 5:30pm and go to their room. When they get there - their luggage is missing (obviously) and they call down to the desk. I answer the phone and they are freaking out. Their tickets to the concert are in the luggage.
I introduced myself as the manager, and told them how big a fan I was of the band. I promised that I would personally scour the hotel for the bag, and they would make it in time for the concert. Meanwhile I opened a tab for them at the bar, and bought their pre-concert beer for them.
I gathered at least 10 people to search the hotel, closet by closet for this bag. 1 hour later - still nothing.
At around 7pm, I escorted security down to this bellman's locker, cut the lock and sure enough - found the bag. Apparently this bellman, thought it would be a good idea to hold this luggage hostage until he got a tip - and he didn't want any of his colleagues to get a tip either.
I ran upstairs to the bar, delivered the luggage, and put these 4 guys into limo from the hotel to the Amphtheatre.
I snuck out of the hotel, caught the concert and returned.
I fired the bellman the next day....finished my weekend shift and drove to Montreal to catch PJ on sunday.
