    Best song EVER...I promise you they will play it in Philly (4 shows). I hope they play it in 3/4 they i'm going to. fingers crossed

    I went to one show that tour and it was in London. I asked Ed to play In My Tree and he asked me if I went tot the previous 2 shows...I said nope! He said okay we'll play it. BEST MOMENT EVER.

    Broke the cherry in 2000.

    Heard the debut of a new intro in 2003.

    yes .. they did play it all those shows. ive also heard it once in toronto and twice in detroit. i think only one of those was the original version though ..

    Hopefully its played next weekend in Chicago one of the nights. This is right at the top of my list of songs that I still need to hear live.

    i cant believe its been longer than the original droughts of not playing it. first, from 1998 to 2000 (there really werent any shows other than bridge in 1999, and it was played so few times in north america in 98), then from 2000 to 2003. now its been since 2006. its long overdue, and chicago is the place to bring it out. maybe the talk of bringing back tunes from jacks tenure includes the original version (ideally the original version be played, but beggars cant be choosers i guess). I must admit i was surprised in santa barbara when jack came out and they still played the reworked version.
