Good work building a room block.

I just start giggling though "Hello, my name is Hooter-honker, and I'd like to set up a group in your hotel".
  • Does this Embassy suites have the "managers reception"? That is the best hotel perk ever. 2 hours of free drinking.

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but this is a terrible place to stay. I'm sure the place is nice, but you'll be staying in a shitty area surrounded by industrial shit, the airport, old swamp lands, and absolutely nothing to keep you entertained(well, other than the shows). I'm just saying that if you end up with a bad picture of the city, it's because you stayed there. Bartram Avenue? Should've stayed at the one downtown. Again, not trying to rain on your parade but just letting you know...

I'd stay at the Radisson that was included in the 10 club email. the aiport & stadium areas are rundown, industrial areas with nothing to do.

A $5 subway ride can get you to the Spectrum from anywhere downtown basically. No need to stay next door.
