    the cop is obviously a douche bag but i don't get why people continually put themselves in that situation...weather you think you did nothing wrong or not, confronting the cop will only make matters worse...do what the cop asks you, take your ticket and fight it in court

    he was in the wrong, too quickly to the taser, but i can't lie. if i had one at my dispense, i would definetly use it to cut some bullshit out of my day.

    I just watched the video. Wow. Is he being sued or disciplined or something? Aren't you only supposed to use those things if you fear for your safety? She was clearly not at all threatening. What is wrong with people???? :evil:

    I'm sorry, but an overweight soccer mom with a car full of kids is not taser worthy unless the cop was being physically assaulted. That's ridiculous. Cops have to show a little more restraint than that or they shouldn't be on the beat.

    Yeah... the cop is totally at fault and needs to be fired, but what the hell are you thinking getting out of the car and arguing with a cop? It's not like you are going to win that argument, and more than likely it won't end well for you.

    She said that she didn't want to get arrested in front of her kids, but I'd love to hear what she was saying to the cop in front of her kids.

    the cop is a coward. if he didn't think he could take on the mom in the minivan without his 50,000 volts, hes a fucking coward. he's the one that should have charges filed against him, not the mom.

    Sorry but I have to laugh at this. He's a coward? So are you saying you would rather see him put his dukes up and swap punches with this woman? Would that make him more of a man? Because that seems to have been the only other option.

    And the use of the Tazer is for compliance. The lady was refusing to follow orders. You can see him asking her over and over to get back in the car then he even tries grabbing her arm twice.

    Lady wasn't responding to verbal commands or physical contact. Next level up is a non-lethal compliance weapon, and I guarantee she was better off than if he had to physicall throw her big butt down.

    She got what she was asking for. Too bad she wasn't black, then she could have claimed racial profiling.
