I hope I don't go into labor at the Chicago show!

I'll be just over 35 weeks pregnant at the Chicago show. This baby loves some PJ played to him through the belly. He kicked me to death during the Eddie Memphis show.. I've been trying to prepare him, but here's to not having a hearing damaged baby after this - or a baby on the floor of the United Center.

Ha. Good luck. My wife (@40 weeks) starting have contractions during Liam's set at the eV solo show (Massey II) - needless to say we didn't stay. They wouldn't even let me give the ticket away outside the venue.

Be prepared for a few dirty looks.......... from douche bags.
Dirty looks, seriously? I bet I'd get dirtier looks if I had the baby in my arms at the show! At least I won't be drinking a bunch of beers at the pre-party.
i got the same at 7 1/2 months along in the 6th row at a Rolling Stones show.
have a great time and be safe.
and congratulations!
Have fun and be safe.

Hopefully you wont get any dirty looks, I went pregnant to most of my shows in 1998 and again on 2003, no one was nasty to me or gave me dirty looks, the contrary they were very nice an accommodating
It can take longer than you think. However if it isn't your first , good luck.
I didn't become a PJ fan until after my kids were born ( my pic is my oldest when she was little), thank the goddess because I had to be on bedrest from the sixteenth week.
I snuck out when I was about five months, to see Bonnie Raitt at the Paramount theatre.
( She wasn't born until two months later)
At least it was a sitting down show & I laid down in the seat as much as I could-
I wouldn't be able to physically sit down & watch Pearl Jam.
I couldn't sit still to watch Eddie on his solo tour!
Congratulations

Here's to hopin' you don't sit by a bunch of smokers.
here's to hopin' no drunk bastard falls into you repeatedly throughout the night.
here's to hopin' that security doesn't kick you or the baby you just had at the UC out because you now have only 1 ticket for 2 people.
Here's to hopin' your water doesn't break on my shoes.
The baby can stay so long as it doesn't comin out lookin 5 years old. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
So, you're telling me I could bring my 2 year old to the concert with me and my wife and I don;t need another ticket?????? I can use the babysitter $ I save to buy her a hearing aid down the line.

Half the fun of being a parent is getting to embarass them when they get older. :-D

You and my wife will have something in common. She is 5 months pregnant and will be accompanying me at the show. You can meet her at the pre-party. She'll be the other one not drinking.
