Maybe he's a little too "raph".

Not more than a month ago, my friends were having a conversation about all the toys and such we had as youngsters. I brought the TMNT album. Yes, that's right. Not only could they fight crime, talk and just do all around ridiculous things for turtles, but they also had a rock band. I had the cassette tape and my brother had a VHS of their concert tour.

I could still quote lyrics from the stupid thing.

    We're the TURTLES!!!!!
    You can count on us!!!!!

Oh man! the on the VHS...is that where the guy hosting the tape was behind stage somewhere and he had a plastic sword and attacked a bunch of cables yelling "SNAKES!"

  • YES! LOVE IT!

I bought the TMNT trilogy earlier this year...great nostalgia value and the films flat out fucking rock.

A few months ago I had a TMNT marathon and watched the original, the secret of the ooze and the 3rd one when they go to Japan ...all in one night. It was great.

I will be the first one to admit I loved these movies then and now and I still think they're classic and hold up well. Your bro is a cool dude. 8-)

i'm 35 and if Phineas & Ferb came on the TV i'd watch it on my own... i love that show.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    ha..ha..guilty pleasure?
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.
  • i hate how it's like cool to hate on the third movie. i, for one, like it. it's different and unique. the plot isn't bad and the setting of japan is cool. not to mention some funny scenes like when casey jones takes the japanese dudes to the bar.

just because it's different from the other tmnt movies, so what? if you take it for what it is...it's good.

I really don't think the reason why people don't like the third one is because it's "cool" to do so.

Even when I was a HUGE TMNT fan as a kid, I remember going to the theatre and seeing this and thinking "WTF was that?!?!"

so we've all seen TMNT 2 Secret of the Oooze... but have you ever seen it ON WEED!?

    thats my guess anyways

old movies = different experience depending on age/knowledge/highness

i was umm less than 10 when spaceballs came out. i thought it was a funny movie at that time. watched it again years later and HOLY CARP! its like a totally different movie. the innuendos are endless~ though i don't think TMNT was that intelligently made. i mean vanilla ice is in it!
