Halloween will sell out quick when opened to the public... glad the 10c has first dibs (and alot of them) - keep the scalpers at bay. This is going to be a hot ticket to have!
Am I the only one that thinks Halloween won't be a huge sellout? People have kids, they won't just pass their kids' halloween over for a concert...(the general public, that is).

I think it will. Simply because it's a saturday night! And who wouldnt love to tailgate in a parking lot all day, possibly in costume, then see the best band in the world?!

The amp in Portland is tiny.
18,000 capacity isn't tiny. Not the largest...but certainly not tiny.

The Gorge is like 25,000 and White River is 20,000.

good thing they are not playing the south because those might not sell out quickly. portland and vancouver should be sold out. dallas and houston would be by now. atlanta too.
They would in Florida. They always end up adding a second show in WPB.

I don't think the TC tickets sold out in Tampa and WPB during 2008.

Um, about 60% of the people that show up to a Philly/Camden show are frat boys... Or people who obviously haven't outlived their frat boy days. I don't think they're too worried about their kids' halloween.

Basically, tenclubbers (as many there are who want them) get dibs on tickets, essentially no limit, and what isn't sold in the presale goes up for sale to the public.

So theoretically, this has the makings to be an all fan-club show!

Yeah, it definitely may be that this is what happens when you scatter your tour dates. Also, at least for Portland & SLC, those are a decent distance away from any other major cities. You're not gonna drive from LA to Salt Lake, when you could just go to LA & San Diego, unless you really, really can't get enough shows (small amount of people in that situation that would drive that distance).
I thought about SLC, but alas, it will not happen. 2010.

I seriously doubt that. They no where near got the majority of the tickets in the venue. If they normally got 10%...maybe this time they have 20%. But, this being the very last show of such a loved venue, lots of people will want to go who don't even know PJ, just to be at the very last show.

In Australia a lot of people are pissed that our Ten Club tickets only allow us early entry to the concerts, about 1/2 an hour or so before the general public. We are not (apparently) getting cordoned off sections close to the stage. The excuse is "security", whatever that means. We all have to pay more for our 10 club ticks, yet don't get a special area for this extra expense. In Australia up til now, PJ in the past have played at mostly enclosed venues with seats, now it's all changed for this tour and our shows are all at outdoor stadiums. Some of us are pissed at this, others aren't.

I think quite a few people have elected to (a) buy tickets for the seated areas or (b) just pay for GA, lining up in the queue along with the Ten Clubbers. They figure they'll get just as good positions as those with Ten club ticks. Really, we should be getting a special cordoned off Ten Club area up the front at each stadium for the extra expense in the tickets. At this point, I dont think our Ten Club tickets have sold out yet.
