    i kept getting the same thing too .. many times!
    i alway's went back & forward. and it processed.

    if you close the browser then open it again and log back in the poster SHOULD still remain in your cart, believe it or not. B-rad made mention during the previous sale that's how the site is designed to work, as i recall,...

    i tried logging in to a different computer and run my order through there, the hartford was still in my cart but got the same error screen...

    closed the browser and re logged in... the hartford was still in my cart and when i re entered all my billing info, i finally got the confirmation screen... thanks everybody for all your help/ideas... now heres to hoping that i dont get charged 6 different times...

    verift exactly what's in your cart. then, if the error message still continues to appear, leave the poster in your cart and send bK an email with your account info and ask him whether he could complete the transaction for you.
