Spectrum- Picking up tickets

I have a question and I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere on this thread/forum. What time do we need to show up at the box office to pick up our tickets in Philly? This is what the wachovia spectrum site says"

'On days when events are taking place at the Wachovia Spectrum, the Box Office there (located on the lower level, facing the Wachovia Center) will be open starting three hours before the event for will call only. Ticket windows for purchasing tickets are open on the main outer concourse prior to each event'.

Are these considered will call?I'm guessing that means like 4ish to pick up tickets? I'm just traveling down for one show and want to get there on time.

Also, is it the sooner you pick up your tickets, the better your odds of getting in the 1-2 or 9-10 rows, or is that already randomized and I can pick up my tickets right before showtime?

    They will make a thread or send out an email in advance. Typically it is at 2:00 or so.

    Lottery is already decided before they start distributing the tickets. They are preprinted and in envelopes.

    yep...I'd plan on getting there early to get your tix. then you can sit back and enjoy the great tailgating atmosphere

    I'm guessing you won't be able to pick up your tickets for the other nights shows.
    Stinks standing in line each day for tickets but...ah well

    I'm not from Philly, but if I remember right, it's across the parking lot. :)

    the spectrum is a 5-10 minte wak from wachovia center...through the parking lot.
