If I Had Tickets In My Cart

selected the address confirm, and than when the cc page was coming up the system froze, now the tix are not in my cart or check out...is there a time limit before you have to pay for them or you lose them? I am stunned right now, I got in with no problem and went through the 1st 2 steps with no problem and than everything stopped responding. Will they come back in my cart?

    common problem. If they fall out of your cart your beat. Happened to me several times. No time limit so make sure they are 100% gone from your cart.

    Keep hitting refresh when nothing happens at stage 3...the tickets should stay in your cart as long as you don't hit the 'back' button. That's what I did and it worked the second time. Hurry up!

    same thing happened to me. don't expect to see them return to your cart. this process is utter garbage. get a real web server tc!

    Ha, you are screwed because the same shit happened to me :( I felt my heart jump to see them in the cart- and then! to have them "fall out" caused an equally large heart attack.

    UPDATE - i just tried again and got them like 1 min ago. keep trying it you're having cart trouble.

    HEY!!! I just went into my history folder, opened up the PJ goods and found my checkout when I had the tickets, I was than able to buy them...I GOT THEM BACK!! please all of you who this happened to try it, search your history folder until you find the page and it just took me through the billiing process again. So happy

    It's the cookie, not the URL from your history (though of course that takes you to the right page). DO NOT close the window or tab. I got an error when clicking View Cart and Check Out and thought I had lost them, but finally I was able to see them and check out at 12:47. Good luck!

    I had the same issue. I has a system crash everytime I hit the buy button. Then I got a message that said I could only buy one pair, so I checked my cart and SUPRIZE!! All that cursing and stress for 45-minutes for nothing. Now for the 27th show. :twisted:

    You should still have them in your cart. Click View Cart.

    I was all the way up to the point of submitting my CC info and it gave me the cookie message even though cookies were enabled. When I went back in they were NOT in my Cart. Luckily I just got some a few minutes ago but I'm sure they're not regular 10C seats, the ones I had earlier (at like 12:03) would have been :( But we have them and that's what matters :)

    Uh, it goes by seniority. 10c tix bought at 12:03 are the same as bought at 12:53.

    Keep checking your cart people. Mine fell out at 12:15. At 12:45 they mysteriously reappeared!

    this is what i did...

    stay in the window.
    try the back(spacer) key
    try refreshing
    it will bring you back to the original goods page.
    go to checkout
    go thru the steps again
    it might take a while but i believe the tickets are still there.

    i went thru these steps for about 40 minutes and almost gave up...but it was like the tickets were there....just waiting for the server to let me buy them :)

    I had them in my cart. Kicked out at cc info. 12:47 went to my cart. Checked out..DONE!
