Yeah that would be great, just like on Ticketmaster. You find out, you go back to work, you don't spend 90 minutes sitting there refreshing hating the band for using the original 10C server from 1991.
I have the tickets in my order history but have not received an Email confirmation? Does this mean I have the tickets? The checkout Step 3 timed out on me but it looks like it went through. Also, when IO try to purchase 10/31 tickets now, I am prevented from doing so because the system think I have already purchased a pair.
They are in my cart and the shit keeps crashing. Total bullshit and a waste of fucking time. I would rather give my money to live nation or ticketmaster bc at least their system works.
First time I've had any difficulty, got to the "Submit" button twice, before timing out. First time the tix weren't saved in my cart, second time they were, and I checked out after viewing it. Took 40+ minutes, but I'm sure it'll be worth it! See everyone on the 30th and 31st!!!
Jesus Christ, this ticketing system seriously needs some re-working. When it takes 50 minutes of non-stop clicking and refreshing to complete a simple transaction, I'd say that's a sign of an outdated system. Thankfully, I'm in the door now. I just hope the seats are pretty good.
Just once I'd like to have my own "easy as pie" experience when buying from 10c! That said, after 51 frustrating minutes, I finally did get through. Hip hip ...

I also got through at 12:47 but I think they had been in my cart since about 12:07. Not sure though...it had crashed between step 1 and 2 of checkout, then I got an error whenever I clicked View Cart or Check Out, THEN I got the 1 pair per member error, and after that I clicked View Cart again and they were still in there.
Good luck all. I'm relieved I got some this time, but I still think this system sucks. Fine, take your time selling the pairs, but get some more https connections to avoid these confusing timeouts. Or go back to index cards, it would save us all a lot of stress.
Lately Pearl Jam has been classically conditioning a bad emotional response in me. I scroll to their name on my ipod, get a bad feeling, and pick something else. And getting tickets after 47 minutes, 1000 refreshes, and 900 timeouts doesn't do very much to counter-condition that response.

GOT 'EM!! holy crap that took a long time! Started right at 12, ahd them in the cart at 12:19, then site crashed - funny message said "You ripped our face off!". I even went and got my lunch, came back, tried again and finally got them at 12:52. whew!
Got mine at 12:46 because I was putting in some elbow grease instead of bitching on a message board. This is how it works when demand exceeds supply, kids. Keep trying...
I got them at 12:50 but the whole time thinking how many god damn scalpers are willing to pay endless $20 memberships to get these as well. This system was designed to prevent this but I don't think it works
I got the temporarily out of stock page and kept on hitting refresh and eventually a buy page popped up and i just got my tickets, so keep trying.
OH BABY!! That was frustrating for a while. Server seemed completely crashed. Pearl Jam website needs to step up their bandwith or something. Whats up with that. I was freaking but feel like I just got a miracle when they eventually came through.
