10C staff - I'd like to hear JEREMY at the MEN & here's why:

9 years ago I met one of my best friends.

9 years ago he played me Ten.

3 years ago we went to Reading together.

10 months ago he and his girlfriend had a gorgeous son called Jeremy Edward.

My friend will be in Manchester on the 17th.

I'm realistic, I know it's possibly the LOOOOOOOONGEST shot by far, but I live by the principle that if you don't ask, you don't get ;)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can the powers that be at least ask if we can have Jeremy in Manchester? Please?

My best friend has a family now and doesn't get to go out very often, let alone shows like Pearl Jam. Myself, audiodave and another friend have broken our backs to get him there and we'd be eternally grateful... I seriously wouldn't be here or the person I am today if it wasn't for my best friend and I know this would make him smile more than anything.

Thanks for everything so far, this tour's gonna be incredible :D
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    I hope they play it for you. Song is special for me as well simply because it's the first pj song I ever heard live. They opened the AA 94 show with it. Come on pj. I know you check these boards once in a while.

    I'd also love to hear Jeremy at the MEN, I am going with one of my best mates and it is the first gig we've managed to go to together in 10 years! I'm going up to Manc from Cornwall and hearing Jeremy would just be the icing and the cherry on top!!!!
