    Ridiculous. I know that is the rule and they don't want people to abuse ticket transfers and maybe they would rather not deal with the hassle, but now there are two empty seats going to waste.

    Not necessarily....

    If I do not go to San Diego show with my 10c tickets, here's what I was going to do....

    Call the venue and inform them to release my tickets on the day of the show because I am not going to be at the show, so that way it gives the fans a chance to purchase the empty seats.

    I'd suggest the same to the person above - to call on the day of the show to inform them to release the tickets under his/her name.

    Unless 10c objects to that, of course... I'm not sure if it could work that way, but that's what I was thinking because I felt bad that my tickets would go to waste... never mind losing the money on the tickets, that's not my concern because I knew the risks when I made the purchase. No exchanges, no refund, no transfer. Period.
