What to do-I work on the presale date

What to do! I got tickets for seattle because I didnt think they would make a portland stop. Now I learn they are playing portland, or 20 minutes outside of Ptown.

Anyways, Wed I just start working, at 3pm. Exactly the time of the ten club sale. And the public onsale date I could pull off, I work at 12 noon, so I could buy tics that day.

I have only seen 1 PJ show, San Fran III 2006 and that was ten club seats, and the 2 key arena shows I am headed to I have ten club seats.

Do you think its worth it to get non ten club seats for a show?

I have been thinking of quitting my job, maybe I should just pack it in on wednesday and quit. And just stay home and do the presale

Definitely quit your job. Works sucks...Pearl Jam is awesome.

don't quit your job until you have another one lined up. simply ask for that day off...say something came up..a doctor's appt, your car died, you have to pick up your Great Aunt Helen from the airport & get her settled in...

Yeah, agree with MFC, or see if you can't come in a little late. Never been a big fan of leaving a job without having something else in the works.

Back in reality.... musicismylife78, I'm guessing with your 3pm start time you have a shift job most likely without a computer? Can you switch shifts, or ask to come in an hour or 2 later because of a Doctors apt or something? Do you have an iphone???

I already told my boss Im setting my laptop in the empty office (this computer at work sucks) so that I can buy my Portland tkts.

Is that a possibility for ya?

i pulled that doctor's thing earlier today (i do actually have a doctor's appt at 3:40 today) and my boss asked me to fax him a copy of my drs note...so be careful if you go that route

I'm working at this stage from 10:00 till 3:00 that day and will miss out on Philly 4 sale but have already sent off an email to see if I can work the pm shift easy as that.
