pre sale clarification please

hey I am reading some different posts here, and I am still a bit puzzled, I have brought 10C pre sale tickets and they have been charged to my Credit Card, can i still not get tickets is it not finalized yet? when will we know if we have ticket? How many 10C tickets are on offer does anybody have a rough idea??

    As far as I know, once your credit card has been charged you should be sure to get your tickets.

    if its in your profile and your credit card is charged then you have tkts, now for example the only one this time around that was different was Sheperd Bush show in England, that was a lottery since its just a small place, so people bought their change at the lottery and their cards were charged at the time that transaction was made but in their case it does not mean that they will get a tkt. Hope that helps.
