Being short is one reason for sure that I like a seat as opposed to GA. I at least have a hope of seeing. However, being short at 5'1", I've gotten used to not being able to always see and just close my eyes if I can't and enjoy the music. I know what issues tall people have and I'll take being short any day. It's way easier in most real life situations imo.
"I'd rather be with an animal." "Those that can be trusted can change their mind." "The in between is mine." "If I don't lose control, explore and not explode, a preternatural other plane with the power to maintain." "Yeh this is living." "Life is what you make it."
I want to offically make the offer here for any ladies that are 115 lbs and below (and preferably hot! )that I will take one for the team and allow them to sit on my shoulders at the Seattle shows. I'm 6'4" which will give you an unobstructed view with no one tall in your way. I make this sacrifice for you. hehehe
Ohhh.... so it's heels that get the ladies a few extra inches?
Most ladies like a few extra inches

I'm short, so I would go with this idea....except pjtaper would be in front every show and that would just kill me.
So I vote no.
Is he still around?

Who wears heels to a concert? Dont you sink into the ground?
5 ft 11...sucked in
Not if they're platforms.
Can I get on your shoulders?? Oh that's right... you won't be at the Brisbane show. :(

Yeah but what classifies as "short" in your eyes? 5ft 4? 5ft? 5ft 6? Eddie's height? I dont think anyone knows exactly how high he is but he's anywhere from 5 6 to 5 8, as far as I can tell). I'm 5 6, therefore am I short? I regard myself as average height, though I'm dwarfed by most teenagers of today. But it would be good to have all the shorties in front (those of say 5 ft 4 and under) so taller people could see. Wishful thinking......

I'm 6'0" and even I had trouble seeing from about 9-10 rows back at Shepherds Bush last night. But am I complaining? No. You can't say that tall people don't have any right to get as close to the front as possible. Especially when they're probably stood next to their short-arsed mate.
It's a general rule of concerts that no matter how good a spot you get, as soon as the band come on, somebody tall will come and stand right in front of you. So what I've found is that if you stand directly behind someone tall, as soon as the music starts, they move away, and you're left with a good spot.
And most taller people are conscious that they're going to be in somebody's way, so generally if they stand in front of you, tap them on the shoulder and point out they've stood in your way and they'll shuffle along a bit. And if you're a real gent you'll ask on your mrs' behalf, like I always do... Of course there will always be a w*nker who proves the exception to the rule and won't move.
But hey, if you're going to go and see live music, there's certain things you have to put up with... like out-of-time hand clapping, some idiot bellowing the words into your ear when you're paying to listen to Eddie sing... you just have to suck it up.
If you all stop hitting refresh for just two minutes, I can buy my tickets...

i had some people next too me at the last concert i went too and they sang to only songs they new, and obvisouly they had only listen to ten! hehehe
i will try my best not to get in the way of 10c members who are shorter than me, but for no ten club members I am going to have to say no.
