Hey, I've seen a bunch of people mention they got shut out for the Hyatt (myself included) and ended up at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago for the upcoming shows. Just wondering how many 10 clubbers I can expect to see? Sounds like there will be at least a small band of us there! Got a room for Sun and Mon. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

i think that is just for the people that are dumb enough to ask how much it costs to park at the hotel you are staying at.0 -

that was rude
i was merely asking if anyone knew if there any other options for parking since it costs so much to park at the Palmer House. Priceline doesn't tell you how much it costs to park when you book your hotel room.
sheesh, i guess i should have worded my question betterLollapalooza 2007

A friend of mine in Chicago told me to try some of the parking structures in the nearby area. She said we probably might save a couple bucks, but not much. Hey, every little bit helps I guess."In certain trying circumstances...profanity furnishes a relief denied even to prayer." - Mark Twain0

My buddy and I will be staying at the Palmer House for Monday night only. We're taking the train in from O'Hare late that morning, checking in, then eventually heading out to Moretti's for the pre-party.
The second night's gonna be legendary!
Have fun at night one folks!0 -

i apologize, i should have worded it better. Paying to park at hotels is only for people that do not stay there. if you have paid for a room, then you have paid for a parking spot, or at least that is my experience. Have seen parking rates but carried along my business as usual. but for towing sake, you may want to ask0 -

it's all good. no worries!
i stayed at they Hyatt at O'Hare in January and parking was NOT included in our room charge. We had to pay an additional fee which they tacked on to our total bill.
i'm going to call later and ask and let everyone know.Lollapalooza 2007

Crap, I need a hotel. I take it these are fairly close to the United Center? Last time we stayed at a red roof inn near an airport (I think) and it was a good car ride away.
I wish every city could have an amazing hotel like the Inn at Queen Anne right next to the venue.0
