Anyone a fan of these guys?

I ONLY heard about them and decided to listen to them because in 2006 when The Smashing Pumpkins played their rock am ring set in germany, Uli Jon Roth came out to play on Gossamer and he was a badass. Then in another documentry type thing Billy was hanging around with him and they were jamming etc. I always knew Billy was a big fan so i thought i'd check them out as you tend to check out bands that your favourite bands love.

Oh yeah, lets not forget like i just did that Mr McCready is a huge fan too!

I know Uli left after the first 4 albums, but just comming to the end of the 4th album and im actually really liking them, the guitarwork is fine! There is some real face melting stuff! Klaus isn't too bad on the vocals either. Not sure if i should continue listening to them as i know Uli isn't going to be on it and i have a feeling he is responsible for all the shredding.

I think it does not matter that Mike likes them. What you like is all that matters!

I listened to them in the eighties and saw them in concert in the spring of 1991.
I never listen to them anymore, but there was a time, I liked them.

You haven't even gotten to Love At First Sting yet. That's some prime 80s metal right there.
It is time to admit that we used to rock like hurricanes. It is time to run for the hills and go round and round. It is time for us to shout at the devil. We've got the right to choose it, there ain't no way we'll lose it, and we're not gonna take it anymore.

any band that that has whistling in any of their tracks should be either shot at dawn or be forced to join Bon Jovi
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    In Trance

    Great songs.
Tokyo Tapes is a fantastic live album.

The Lovedrive through Love At First Sting stuff is good also.

Once Savage Amusement came out they kind of lost me.
