I got an email from TM and it said Roger is coming to the same place where I saw Ed, B'more Opera Lyric house (is that the right name, I don't usually go there!)

Sounds like a good show to me.

tix are from $40 - $93. then you can spend $300 to meet him...

Yeah, he's doing a nice-sized tour, mostly in small venues:

I really needed this show to get me through post-PJ tour depression and he cancels it the day of..... And there are ton of spelling errors in this press release. :)

Tuesday, November 10th: It is with great regret that Roger Daltrey has cancelled his Baltimore show on November 10th at The Lyric Theater due to a throat issue. Roger has been advised against performing and the singer has reluctantly complied. He thanks Baltimore fans for their undersanding and support, and looks forward to recommencing the tour as soon as possible.

*Ticket holders are advised to keep their tickets and wait until further details are announced.

"I am deeply sorry to have to do cancel the Baltimore gig," says Roger Daltrey, "but I have to listen to the doctor or else I could end up potentially jepordizing more shows later. I am desperately trying to reschedule as it's not my style to let people down."

I saw him on Oct 22 in Thackerville, Oklahoma at the winstar Casino. It was a great show. Roger was a bit pissed over some tech issues, but we in the audience didn't notice. He just bitched about it a little bit, but we never saw the problem other than the fact his ear monitors went out on him, and he had to use the stage monitor instead. I won't spoil any of the suprises song wise for those who haven't seen him, but yeah the small venue vibe is nice. Simon Townsend is playing lead guitar in his band. Other than that, the band members look really young like late 20's early 30's. I really wish Ed would have played this casino, would have been awesome.

Edit: Just saw that he is sick. We almost had the same issue in Oklahoma City back in March 2007. That sucks he had to cancel but hopefully, you all get a rescheduled show-It's good. I liked the set selection Roger played.

It really looks like he is trying to reschedule. I got a followup email from ticketbasterd saying to stay tuned for a reschedule date.

Awesome. I started emailing you about it earlier in the week (it's still in my drafts folder), but things got away from me.

I doubt it. I bought tickets late and I still got pretty good seats.
