  • oh that's definitely a real pick. it's very real.

the question if it's an eddie vedder pick is not anything I could answer, however.

I think its weird people buying stuff that doesn't have any sort of sentimental meaning. I would never buy signed stuff or picks etc if i wasn't at the show or if it wasn't my copy and i was there when the guys signed it. Otherwise it just means totally nothing to me.

It's probably a replica of eddie's pick but i doubt he touched it and used it..

I seriously hope The Goods Section starts selling these wallets for the regular price of... whatever they were.

Of course it wasn't used. He was at the show night 1, so it does have sentimental value to him; Once I told him about the wallets, he went on a quest to find one and ended scooping this one up from EBAY. I'm about 50/50 as to whether or not its an authentic signature and I guess I have him a little paranoid. I'm just simply hoping to get some opinions via the forum for him since he's not a TC member and to see if he may have a potential issue with the seller.

I kinda want one now. This was very cool on EV's part to give some fans a little extra joy out of their purchases. I wonder what he'd say about the jacked up re-sales though.,....

  • I bought this exact same wallet with the exact same pick in it at the Maui show. I heard these were only available on Maui? I looked through the wallets at Honolulu 1 and 2 to see if there were more, and they only had the normal Ed picks in them. My wallet had the same initialed orange turtle pick as the one your friend bought.

I bought 2 wallets in Atlanta. At first I was bummed it wasn't the Evel Knievel pick, but then I saw the sharpie EV on the back. So I say they are real.

For the first EV solo show when people were posting pictures of merch the wallet had the target/Knievel style pick. My theory... and others on this board... is that they ran out of those so Eddie just signed some generic picks instead.

Looks like the one I purchased at Ryman #2.

Some of them had the "period" and some did not. One said "Eddie."
