My brother and i are flying out from NYC for the Aug 23 Chicago show...By some how, by some miraculous force, my brothers wife allowed him to leave the state of New York...they have been married for 10 years and the kid has not left upstate NY ...I finally pitched this trip to him because my fiance was unable to attend..she gave him the thumbs up..we are hitting a w.sox game and than over to the united center. This will be my brothers 1st Pearl Jam show since Spet 29th, 1996 where he threw up all over the place and had 3 of the hottest chicks in the park rubbing his back nursing him back to health...what I am asking for is for my 10 club seats to be in the 1st row...pretty pretty please
    ...
Instead of front row tickets to a Pearl Jam gig... I think you need to be asking someone, not necessarily the Ten/VHC, to get your brother's testicles back. Because, I mean... come on... he hasn't been allowed to leave New York for 10 years by his wife?
Also... throwing up all over the place... that needs to be clarified. Because throwing up because you are suffering from the effects of chemo-therapy and throwing up because you are suffering from the effects of Cuervo therapy are two completely different conditions. And... can you imagine the wrath your poor brother will get from the Fan Base if he is throwing up all over the front row? I mean... look how pissed off people get for people just standing in the front row... let alone, puking on Eddie's shoes.
    ...
Anyway... good luck with all that.

    Awesome

I'm sure by living in NY you've both had a chance to see Pearl Jam since '96.
Don't come after our prime Chicago show seats...

If you have a history of throwing up a PJ shows, I think your membership should be revoked, and you shouldn't be admitted to any future PJ shows. Reason being, I had to stand in some drunk mofo's puke in Cincinnati a few years back, and its fucking disgusting and disrespectful to other fans. Fuck Your brother, I hope he misses his flight! Enjoy the show!

Well, in Buffalo 2003, my 10C seats were about 15 rows up in the stands when the drunk kids behind us puked on our seats during the opener...we ended up getting upgraded to 4th row floors. So I say, puke away!

I asked the security guard near us if he could get somebody to clean up the puke I was standing in, and he got some kid to throw that sawdust crap that absorbs it. So I stood in congealed puke for the rest of the night. i threw my shoes away when I got back to the hotel.

That's a bummer of a story, way to ruin a show
I've been hit in the head (at 2 diff seated shows by unruly/too friendly neighbors, hoping not to go for 3)
but so far dodged being peed or thrown up on
(although with all the bottle talk oz kind of scares me...it'll be my yank duty to hold spots at the rail for anyone needing a loo break..)

Hoping YOU win the lottery, you def deserve it

Thanks. But I'm not attending any shows this year. Hoping they come a little closer, I have a baby due in the spring, so I can't be going too far.

Posts like this makes me forget a shitty day! This whole thread is great.

    Dear TC/PJ:

Please perform smile on the 21st of september at seattle. I swear I will not have a single drink of vedder´s wine bottle, please let me perform the harmonica on this song. Thanks.

I am assuming I would get a great check out of it, so I could pay all the expenses on my trip! Thanks again.
