2009 Boots

Are we going to get them? Last year weren't they announced the day before the first show? Any chance we will get a announcement tonight?
Out of the Blue and Into the Black................Uncle Neil Philly 08 here I come!!!!

    Billboard already announced it (that we would be getting them), although it would be nice to see something from 10C.....

    If I had to guess, they will be playing songs from Backspacer & will not want to release the songs before the album comes out. I think we will see boots, but not til after 9/20. Maybe some of these shows will be amongst the Vault shows that come with the album?
    Minneapolis 98, Chicago 00, San Fransisco 00, Fargo 03, Thunder Bay 05, St Paul 06 (night 2), Chicago 08 (EV) both nights

    I would be cool if they said the August shows won't be available until 9/20, I just hope they are available

    I kinda hope you are right because I want to hear backspacer songs besides the fixer. If they release the boots right away I don't think we will hear songs that we haven't heard already. But who knows.

    I realize what the article said, but the mobile boots from verizon were only 3 songs correct? One you got for free and the other two you had too purchase, and you had to listen to them on your phone. I see nothing in the article that states actuall full length shows from the 10 club with the option of buying a download first and then a CD later. The "tour" starts tomorrow, why no word at all. Seems like Verizon is advertising their mobile boots, but PJ and the 10C have said nothing yet.

    I kind of get that impression after I rereading it.... although if you are going to record and master 3 songs, whats 24-27 more? :)

    I would be willing to bet we get no bootleg of the Virgin Festival. Not through 10c anyway.

    The Lollapalooza boot in 07 was released by Lollapalooza. I bet there isn't one for Outside lands or ACL either.

    And the Billboard article mentioned boots for the "fall tour". This isn't the fall tour.
