Damn.. should have saved up some annual leave.... Looks like I'll only get to see them once this tour.
(The timeline is pretty tight... I don't like our chances of getting second shows)

Inspired by Touring Van’s legendary trans-Nullarbor adventure from 2006, Wicked Campers (http://www.wickedcampers.com.au) have offered to provide Touring Van Productions with custom-painted Pearl Jam campers for the up-coming tour (at a discounted rate!).

Jason won’t be making it Down Under this time... but he has handed over the reins to a few Aussies and charged us with keeping the Touring Van tradition alive.

I am putting out a feeler to see how many of you might be prepared to commit to a 2009 Aussie Touring Van???

If all goes to plan, at the very least, we will organise a custom-painted Pearl Jam van for the full run of shows from Perth to Brisbane.

Depending on the level of interest, we might even be able to get a convoy of uniquely painted vans together for:
    - the full set of shows, or
    - a smaller run of the Adelaide to Brisbane shows.

Like all Touring Van adventures, the trip will be filmed and cut into a documentary.

Not really interested in naysayers… so please only PM me if you are genuinely keen to get on board.

    Cheers,
    The Gus Man.

Dont forget to get Mike to sign the van. He said (in one of the latest issues of Deep) :) that the wierdest thing he's ever had to sign is a van driven halfway across America!
