Read an article on Yahoo about how Cutler and Olsen are becoming good friends and how Cutler thinks Olsen is the shit.
Anyways, I think having an actual passing game should open up and make Forte into even more of a monster than he was last year.
I'm just hoping our secondary gets healthy before the start of the season!!
He had troubles pulling in Orton's floaters, him snagging tosses from a guy with 3x the arm might be ugly!
Actually, it would not surprise me if the Bears lead all of the NFL in dropped passes this year.
Hoping they prove me wrong!!
anyways, i'm not to worried about hester dropping them. he has pretty good hands. i don't see the wide out's being anything but deep targets. after all, you have Forte and Jones out of the backfield. both can catch the ball. then you have two stud TE's that can both catch. i wouldn't be suprised if the RB's and TE's have more catchs than the wide outs. if the wide outs have more, then you know the offense is putting up some points, assuming the running game is there.
my biggest worry is the secondary. lot of youth in the safties and a lot of injuries to the corners. however, if they can generate a strong pass rush, then i'm not worried about the secondary as much. my other concern is the O line, namely Pace. he got beat several times on Sunday, but it was also only the thrid day of camp, and only the second in pads.
only 1 more week until the Buffallo game.
i hope Freeman makes the team.
