Be prepared for a crazy night.

I was speaking to my brother today, who works at the venue. He is planning on taking the night off from work so that he can enjoy the show with me... However, his boss is not too happy about this... As it turns out they are trying to get all the staff on possible because the venue has oversold the concert by 4000 tickets!!!!

Mind you this isn't going to be a big deal for those of us with 10C tix or seats, but if you are on the lawn... look the f@ck out!

Capacity at the Amp is supposed to be 16,000. I attended a Tool show there in September 05 where they over sold the venue by 2000 tickets, and the lawn was maggoity. You were litterally shoulder to shoulder with the person on your left, right, front, and back. I can't imagine how insane overselling the lawn by 4000 tickets will be.

Just a heads up for those of your with lawn tickets, you definitely want to show up nice and early!
