Official - Please play my garage thread!!!

I cannot believe that PJ has never played in my garage. I feel that I am entitled to and that they should feel obligated to play in my garage at least once during every tour. I don't care if they are touring in Europe. They can drop by my garage on their way over. Also, they have to play for three hours with three encores and I get to write the set list. I would not want to have to start more threads to complain about how short the show or how bad the set list was.

    in addition to loveboatadmiral's questions, i'd like to know your neighborhood's tolerance for noise. will we be getting a call 10 minutes into the show from some old lady? i really don't want to be arrested..

    I appreciate your concerns. Yes there will be 10C tickets. However, the seat locations will not be guaranteed as I love threads that complain about the location of their seats. Also, the noise level will not be an issue as a group of thick-neck ogre security guards with a combined IQ of 16 will be on site. They will deal with any unruly neighbors or show attendees that appear to be having fun.

    Posters will also be available, but there will only be two and both will be sold to the first person in line. Again, I am not going to miss out on an opportunity for threads from those who did not get a poster and are pissed about how they were sold improperly.

    You might also be interested in knowing that the only refreshments that will be offered will be cheap ass domestic beer and Bahama Mamas. Each will cost $14.

    5 Questions:

    1)What time does the Garage Door open?
    2)Will there be a soundcheck?
    3)Is there a chance that the show will get moved to the backyard?
    4)Where will the 10club window be?
    5)Are tickets based on senority?

    Haha, this made me laugh more than anything else today. As long as at least one of the two is posted on ebay within minutes of the show and promptly goes for $800, is traded for an easy street poster and a Vitalogy vinyl, then framed and given as a gift to someone who's never heard of Pearl Jam who promptly breaks the frame and uses the poster to house train her dog, I think the thread will have plenty to talk about.

    1) Door opens at 6:30
    2) Sound check will be at 10:00am (as I expect the band to spend the night at my house)
    3) Backyard will be used as "lawn" seats (highly obscured view)
    4) 10c window will be a brown 1980 Chevy van parked at end of the street. (You can check out a picture of the van here: http://echotrek.com/images/1980van.jpg)

    1) No cameras. My dog is sensitive to bright flashes.

    2) Not necessary. I am forcing the band to release the boot. However, it will only be available in 8-track form. Again, fuel for even more threads.

    3) Yes. To keep with the above theme, it will only be available on beta max.

    4) Encouraged.

    5) Why the hell not?

    Yes. FYI. There will be a $15 Convenience Charge and a $10 Building Facility Charge per ticket. Also, there will be $12 Cover Charge (I am remolding my bathroom).

    3 What about the dress code? Formal,casual?
    4 what about stage diving?
    5 who's going to open for PJ?

    3) Black Tie

    4) In this case, it will be "Workbench" diving

    5) Not sure at this point, but we are trying to arrange a Creed reunion.
