Raquel Welch on Backspacer Cover?

Sorry if someone has posted this already...In the bottom center picture with the guy on the tricycle, isn't the woman in the middle Raquel Welch from the poster Andy DuFrane had in his cell in the Shawshank Redemption? Are all of these images from classic photographs? :o
