All you need to pick up your tix is a photo ID (passport, driving license should do). I think the 10c emails have all the details you need to know. Enjoy the show!

As he said. all you need is an ID with a pic.
But I always take with me copies of the confirmation emails received from 10C...

I'm glad shayness raised this because I'll also be picking up 10C tickets for the first time. I was thinking of heading staight to the O2 after finishing work at 17:00 that day - so I'd be there at around 18:00, but I've heard some real horror stories about the length of time it can take to queue at the box office for these tickets. Is it worth me taking a 1/2 day off work and going earlier - or are these queuing problems not usually as bad as I've been led to believe?

I saw NIN there recently, got there about 5:30 and the queues at the box office were MASSIVE.

I was there too. Lucked out on queue that moved twice as fast as the others (it was feeding two ticket windows instead of one). Got there at 18.00 had tickets by 18.45. I would hate to have been in one of the other queues. Especially as doors opened at 18.00!
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

I'm so glad I had my tickets delivered for that one!
  • At Wembley in 2007 we had all afternoon to pick up our tickets? Is there a good reason why this won't be the case at the O2?
If I knew where it was, I would take you there...

Mine were pre-sale so had to be collected

The intial information e-mail we got after ticket purchase said ticket collection would open two hours before doors. Did say they would send us a more detailed ticket info collection e-mail closer to the time.

The entire floor at Wembley was 10C. I doubt there are as many 10C tickets this time around.

same here except I didn't get there until 7pm (had to go home first to buy my San Diego ticket  ) and there still was a massive queue. Luckily I had bought my ticket through another presale and picked it up from the TM window in no time and just made it in for Jane's Addiction.

If you intend to get in for the doors opening, 6pm won't cut it.

no (and it was only a half floor configuration btw) but considering there was still tickets after all of Europe had a dip, I think there's still a lot.

I REALLY hope 10c change their decision to only start distributing 2 hours before doors.. this is going to end badly otherwise... Verona comes to mind (but it was all seated so not as bad .. I sure didn't mind missing most of MMJ  )
  • I think this is an O2 decision rather than a 10C one - I've always had trouble collecting from there.

Hence this time I'm taking a half day from work
