Help Extracting Bootleg Download

I purchased a download from 10c, and I'm having a terrible time extracting the files on my PC.

When I hit extract it says: There is already a file with the same name as the folder name you specified. Specify a different name. MSG2MP3. I get try again, skip, and cancel. No matter what I choose, when it extracs, the file containing MP3's are empty. Please help!
