Unwrapped Bootleg CD's ---Is that odd?

I just received a recent order for some 2008 boots to close out the collection. I thought it was very odd that they weren't wrapped in plastic. the 2 orders I made before this one, every CD case was wrapped in plastic

    Maybe the are getting more environmentally friendly.... or maybe your postman burned them. :)
