Anyone camping in Calgary for the festival? Cheap motels?

Where is the best place to camp?

What's the calgary west campground like? anywhere cheaper to stay? Anyone staying in a cheap hotel or motel? where?

I like camping with fans and we can party on Friday night?

I'm driving in from Manitoba so it's going to be a long one.

Hi,
I am from Calgary, the Calgary west campground is so so I would stay there for a day or so for the concert but if your staying any longer get out to the mountains (banff) or down highway 22x to camp, I think some guys are meeting at the Joyce on friday thats on 4th street SW , If you want to go for some good beer hit the Wild Rose Brewry in the Currie Barraks ( I kinda live there ) if you need any other info pm me

Hey, we are coming from Manitoba as well. Is there camping right at C.O.P. and what time do the gates open Sat morning?

this is where calgary west campground is.

I don't think that you can camp at C.O.P.

There are other campground but this one is closest. I'm not staying for long so I'm just looking for a place to leave my tent and crash.

The door open at 12 and close at 10

My wife and I are staying at the Calgary West Campground Fri. & Sat.
We're driving up from Spokane. Thanks for the info Rattzey, we'll be checking out that brewery!
