While EV talks about the stage bouncing up and down, he mentions some other bands that have made it bounce also.

What is the song that McCready plays when EV mentions Iron Maiden?

I'm not a Iron Maiden fan, but the guitar sounds pretty cool.

My guess would be "Run For The Hills".

    Number of the Beast.

It's the opening riff. You should buy the album b/c it's a metal classic.

    Here you go.

Iron Maiden: Bruce Dickinson (vocals); Dave Murray , Adrian Smith (guitar); Steve Harris (bass guitar); Nicko McBrain (drums).

1982's THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST remains one of heavy metal's all-time classics. Although the British quintet was in the midst of enjoying its first taste of global success, original singer Paul Di'Anno abruptly quit in 1981. Though stunned, the young band wisely agreed to soldier on, making ex-Samson singer Bruce Dickinson their new frontman. Nicknamed "The Air Raid Siren," Dickinson's voice was to become one of the band's most prominent signature characteristics. It also didn't hurt that the band had composed some of its best songs ever, such as the haunting title song, and its first U.K. Top-10 single, "Run to the Hills." Other highlights include the sinister "Children of the Damned," the melodic "The Prisoner," and the album-closing epic "Hallowed Be Thy Name."

    Q (7/01, p.86) - Included in Q's "50 Heaviest Albums of All Time."

Honorable Mention to 22 Acacia Avenue and Total Eclipse.

IMO best Maiden album top to bottom.

And it's Run To The Hills which Metallica plays the intro on the old Garage Days Revisited

i think number of the beats is an overrated album. somewhere in time and seventh son of a seventh son are FLAWLESS, MAGICAL albums.

You're right there with those two, but Number Of The Beast is on a par with them. The only reason it seems to get all the praise is cos people who only have 1 album always tend to have NOTB or some reason...

Somewhere In Time and 7th Son are when they really started to slip just like Metallica after the Black album.

First 5 Maiden studio albums are great after that so, so.

First 4 Metallica albums are great, then crap.

Funny how much all you young ones miss out on listening to all the over produced stuff.

First of all, you simply can't compare anybody to Iron Maiden. Especially those twits.

Second of all Iron Maiden have produced equally fantastic and consistent albums throughout their career to date. ;)

IMO-probably Metallicas worst album...almost as bad as Load and Re-load... i was a huge Metallica fan in their early days...seen them about 10 times in the 80's and 90's ... I cant stand anything past the black album (except for the Garage Days Re-Revisisted)..

Oh it is - I was being very very sarcastic.

St. Anger is as bad as riot act. Actually, I think St. Anger may be worse.

Really, any band who names their album "A Severe Case Of Anal Warts" deserve some bad reviews.
Smokey Robinson constantly looks like he's trying to act natural after being accused of farting.

    Dudes, St. Anger is T E R R I B L E.

riot act is just boring, uninspired, and sucks. When you hear it you may not care, but you don't feel ill. When St. Anger is on, all you think is "Please take this shit off before I shoot myself so I don't have to hear it one minute longer."
