Does This Sound Yummy?

I am planning on cooking-up some turkey meatballs for dinner. Instead of just eating them with some angel hair (too much to cook at once), I was thinking of simmering them in BBQ/tomato sauce, and then making sandwhiches on french rolls with mozzarella cheese. In a sense, its just a typical meatball sandwhich, but it is smothered in a bbq sauce.

Anyone?
