No digital (for purchase) release of "The Fixer" until 8/24?

That would make sense to me anyway as that's when the 45 single drops.
So this life is sacrifice...

    It doesn't make any sense to me to wait a month to time the digital release to the vinyl.

    But they've already squandered a week of buzz/interest in the song, $$$$, so who knows.

    from a financial standpoint, it's really dumb to not have released it last week when it debuted on the radio.

    On the other hand, it's not that dumb because it's going to take a while for non-pearl jam website frequenters to catch on to the song... and you know we'll all be buying it next month anyway!

    I'm disappointed that The Fixer is not on I Tunes...would love to have this song on my I Pod. I can't believe that it has not been released digitally.
