Kuncinich the man who was to have my vote in the past Presidential election, a man with vision of peace and people first.

    Peace

He's just talking sense. Most Americans won't listen though. Sad

He's the Democrat equivalent to Ron Paul. The funny thing is, they disagree on enough things too, and I'd have no problem voting for Kucinich. They generally agree on what's most important. We need more guys like this in Washington.

I sort of felt the same way about Ron Paul and I agree if we had more men like these here in Washinton DC politics would be turned inside out for sure.

Yes, if only people redefined "left" and "right" based on these two guys, and voted accordingly at all levels of government, we couldn't lose.

Its not about Left \ Right, which i think you know.
Those are totally false dichotomies meant to distract and divide the populace.

The overwhelming number of truly free thinking individuals who expressed a desire to see a Paul\Kucinich (or vice versa) ticket attests to this fact.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS HAVING HONEST, ACCOUNTABLE, WELL INTENTIONED, and NON-"BOUGHT OFF" PEOPLE IN POWER.

The fact that so many people were willing to accept a ticket split between two people who share similar messages of peace and compassion for the people, but relatively little else in terms of pragmatic policies, makes this glaringly clear.

It does not matter if your solutions are "left leaning" or "right leaning" solutions.
It doesn't matter if they lean any way at all.
What matters is that THE PERSON IMPLEMENTING THE POLICIES MUST BE HONEST AND HAVE THE INTERESTS OF THE PEOPLE AT HEART.

We could have the greatest country in the world under a strict totalitarian dictatorship,
assuming the dictator was actually a man of the people, and that his totalitarian laws were only meant to punish and deter "real" evils: like corporate corruption and true crime (robbery, arson, rape, etc).

We could have the greatest country in the world under "socialism", under "communism", under just about any ism you could think of.
The only problem is who is steering the ship, and what are their intentions.
No company will every be better than the management provided by its CEO and board of directors.
    A country is no different.

We just happen to have had a consistently corrupt board and CEO for a LONG time.

    :(

Completely agree. I don't like politicians in general, but Kucinich is definitely my man. He thinks like a person with a conscience, which makes him an outcast and radical in Washington, sadly.
