Whats the deal if you are using someone elses credit card??

    was no problem at all for me last year in Munich (I used my mother's CC), and I've never had problems with 'normal' tickets or, for example, the spiral (nin fanclub). :)

    ive had no problems using my fiancee's card..if there would be one it would be with the card company themselves questioning the transaction, but ive had zero issues

    You can use someone else's card as long as your name is wts your tenclub acount is in. n obvs u need to be there at the venue to pick the tickets up.

    My friend works with preschool kids and has no access to a computer during the daytime. So in 2006, she gave me her login, and I used my credit card to buy tickets for her and she paid me back. All you have to do is login, change the billing address to the billing address of the credit card you are using, and then you are good to go. She had no problem getting her fan club tickets at the box office even though I ordered them on her account.

    Apparently your billing address has to be the cardholder's name and address.


    I just screwed up on that with my WPB :( I used my mom's card, and used my shipping address as my billing address. We live in the same place, but, the names are different.

    I e-mailed the Ten Club about it and HOPEFULLY it is something that can be easily fixed. I'm worried now :(

    Yes use their information for the billing address, use your information(or whoever is picking up the tickets) as the shipping information.
    If I am incorrect someone please let us know but I believe this is right.

    I did, when I was ordering my tickets!!! that's why I screwed up.

    It seems there's a WHOOOOOOLE process you have to go through in order to do that, and click on the "add address" thing in your profile, so when you go order it'll appear as an option to choose for billing address.

    Sadly, I did not know that when I was making my order. UGH!!!!!!!!!!

    just add another address and use the address of the billing information

    dunno if that helps you, but I didn't do anything with shipping and billing address last year, it was basically all in my name except for the name on the credit card.

    Log into your account. Go to you profile. Scroll to the bottom and add a new address.

    Then when you check out, select the new address that matches your credit card for the billing address.

    Well, was your billing address on the 10C with your name, or the creditcard holder's?

    I have used GF's CC and parents CC and no problems. I didn't even bother with the biliing address and all trasactions were approved. 10C doesn't seem to have one of those Nazi CC processors
