Anyone ever heard of Dr. Michael Parenti?

Just came across this video:
Dr. Michael Parenti: "Terrorism, Globalism and Conspiracy"

and not sure why i know the name.
you run in certain circles so long you hear names, and never follow up on them.

whats the deal on this guy?

anyone?

    Well, my best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw him hatch an evil scheme at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

    Have not heard of him but from the little i heard him say , from the title of his lecture and my persuasion on all three subjects I might get it and agree
    the way i feel
    there is no real terrorism- just a guise to control the people
    Globalism is real and a real threat to our individual freedoms and country
    and there is a conspiracy that explains the above.
    Thank you for posting I will take the time to research him more

    My Marxist poli-sci teacher made me read his garbage 12 years ago. Parenti is a bitter old Marxist who hates America (just like my poli-sci teacher).
    So this life is sacrifice...
