Toronto outrageous prices (help a brother out?)

Hey, So myself and four friends are heading up to Toronto from Philly for the show with a little stop in Niagra Canadien side for some tacky fun. Question for anybody. We figured we'd wait to get tickets on one of the ticket websites, stubhub, e-bay, etc. but the prices are ridiculous. I mean the prices usually are but these are really bad. I'd expect to pay a good amount for seats, but $165 for lawn seats, that's assinine. Any suggestions or anybody have tickets or know of anyone with tickets looking to sell. Thanks for the help. Can't wait for the Spectrum shows.

I ran a search today out of curiosity and was surprised to find that the show is completely sold out. not even singles available.
Found: Soundgarden Hyde Park DVD (Thank you for the gift!)

We used to go up to Niagra once a semester. We went to Penn State. There are some interesting things to do and people to see. It took us until our fourth visit when we heard a loud sound, investigated and actually saw the falls. That and we used to stalk, not literally, a girl who worked at Yanks Bar and Grill.

If there is one thing I have learned being a PJ fan in Canada is that everything costs more up here to be a fan. Whether it is tickets, 10C memberships or goods all of us canucks get hooped. Now I can't really speak for the scalpers on stubhub but I believe the reason for prices being where they are is strictly due to demand. I have yet to attend a PJ show in the Greater Toronto area that didn't sell out the first day. Plus judging by the ticket map on stubhub it looks as if 10 C members got alot of good seats As there are no 100 level seats available for purchase and very few 200 level seats, leaving 300s 400s and lawns left for everyone else

I'll be there, hope to see you at the show!

Singles were gone about 10 minutes after the tickets went on sale.

surprisingly, it took until '06 to finally get 2 shows!

Mine were actually 1 pair of seats off, but pretty much identical.

I would recommend checking this thread out: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=102152

Also, if you're into Grand Theft Auto type of dealings, another way would be to drive by the arena in an Hummer, and just run over all those fuck's on the side of the streets who are waving tickets in the air (scalping). Only scalper's, remember that!! Best bet if you hit one of them, ticket's might fly out of their hands & into your pocket.
